I was never rushed he took the time to listen and clarify all details. He gave realistic outcomes and went over all possibilities. I trusted his judgment and recommendations from the beginning and once the case was closed it was confirmation that he was 100% honest and although I had prepared for the worst he facilitated my outcome being exactly what I was hoping for.
