No this is not a paid review of Dylan nor am I a personal friend. I am a HOA board member who got onto a board after overcoming political challenges of a corrupt and incompetent property manager trying to keep me off of the board. After getting on the board and getting rid of the less than competent or ethical manager (and a couple board members as well), we chose Dylan to lead a construction defect inspection on our condo development with literally two months remaining on the 10 year statute limitation. Our condo development had serious plumbing issues beginning in it first year. Dylan was able to masterfully pull off a multi-million dollar settlement with the builder with only hours left on the time limit. Dylan knows what he is doing. We have retained him again for new action we are pursuing and anticipate similar spectacular results.
