Best experience! Kent is the greatest. He's attentive, returns calls and is extremely knowledgeable. He's also really good with dates and deadlines. I called in with a tenant issue the legal assistant gave me a terrible attitude, did not let me finish talking and insisted I said things I did not say. The lawyer I spoke with was very rude , not helpful and hung up on me. I will not recommend this firm. Look else where I will be contacting another agency to get better assisted and feel respected especially if it?s a firm I have to spend money with.
