Consulted Law firm 2024I have witnessed second hand the unpreparedness of this so-called legal expert. A tragedy of injustice occurred to a completely innocent man due to Mr McCardle?s lack of concern, lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism, and lack of simply respecting his client. His closing statement was questioned by all in the courtroom, including the judge. He was unprepared for cross examination and did not coach the sole witness properly. He was wholly unprepared, and his representation was inexcusable. Do not use this guy under any circumstances.
