My ex and I hired Mr. Pollack and his firm last year to do our divorce mediation. Mr. Pollack work with us from beginning to end and accomplished what I really did not think was going to be possible. I'm glad we chose the mediation route and I am glad we chose Mr. Pollack and his firm to handle it for us. He is very professional, very empathetic, very patient and obviously is an expert in divorce law and mediation. I would highly recommend him.

I really appreciated the way Mr. Pollack handled my divorce for me. My husband has abused me emotionally and physically for many years. I told Mr. Pollack everything and a lot was embarrassing to tell him but he is so kind and warmhearted that I became comfortable telling him things I held in for years. My divorce case was complicated because my ex was hiding money all over the place; he is a self employed contractor. Mr. Pollack was so aggressive with him. He sent subpoenas to all of my ex's customers over the last 5 years (bcz I found a box of his job invoices...lol) and after the first few called to tell my ex off, he started talking! I know we could not find every dollar but at least I know about how much he really earns and because of that I got a fair deal on child support and alimony. I also got a nice amount of settlement money from him. Compared to how it was during my marriage I basically struck gold. So I owe all of this to Mr. Pollack and his smarts and his expert legal skills. He treated me great and his people (Mary and Lori especially; thank you both!) were also amazing.

I have never reviewed anything or anyone on the internet before but my experience with Robert B. Pollack and The Pollack Law Firm was so excellent that I felt compelled in a sense, to tell the world! Rob Pollack took control of my very contentious case from the beginning and kept control throughout. My wife's attorney paled in comparison as far as knowledge, professionalism, compassion, guidance and results... that was clear. Through his skills in negotiation and really, "salesmanship", he turned what I thought would be a hopeless situation into a settlement that was quite favorable to me. Throughout the case he always reminded me of his mantra..." have quiet confidence"... meaning, don't get upset, remain cool and be able to put things in perspective so your whole life is not ruled by the divorce process. I am telling you; that little bit of advice helped me stay centered and strong throughout. I could go on and on, but I don't want to lose my audience! lol. Suffice it to say, he is the best and there just is NOT anyone else you should be hiring for your divorce lawyer. Call him... you will thank me!

I retained the Pollack Law Firm and Mr. Pollack was my attorney throughout my divorce. He was great! His people are wonderful and that whole atmosphere in the office was always one of calmness and wanting to make you feel comfortable and confident in your case. My ex-husband's attorney wanted to go to court right from the beginning but Mr. Pollack persuaded him to stay at the table and negotiate and we did that and it ended up successful in a fairly short amount of time. I was scared to go to court really but thankfully that never happened. My overall experience with Robert Pollack and his firm was Excellent and I recommend him all the time.

I would highly recommend Robert Pollack and his firm to anyone needing a top notch, knowledgeable and sharp divorce lawyer. I found him through his website and scheduled a consultation and was convinced that he was going to represent me. I had seen other attorneys but Mr. Pollack was clearly ahead on all counts. He proved that to me throughout my case. He is aggressive when necessary but also very diplomatic in order to get what he wants from the other side. He is a great negotiator and was able to come up with a very creative settlement that got me what I needed but also left my ex husband in a position where he was ready to agree. My husband's lawyer really did not have a clue; all he wanted was to take me to court and it was obvious he was doing that to make more money for himself. Mr. Pollack controlled the case and the other lawyer with great aplomb. We never had to go to court because of Mr. Pollack. Happy to review Mr. Pollack and his firm because he was so helpful in getting me out of an abusive marriage that should have ended years ago but I did not know how to even start to do it. I really did not think I could do it because my ex convinced me of that and I believed him. He was evil and I just did not believe there was a way out. But I met with Mr. Pollack four times in two years before I was ready to start divorcing my husband and then one day I just changed overnight and called their office and spoke with Mary and told her I wanted to come in and start my divorce and she was happy to know because everyone knew that I was having such a bad life with my husband.
