I needed to find a real estate attorney to help me sell a property. I was behind schedule and needed to close within a month but multiple real estate attorneys turned me down or never returned my calls and/or messages. Luckily Emily Gardner got back to me the same day I contacted her and she got the ball rolling immediately. She was able to prepare the purchase contract, all addenda and amendments and was always quick to answer any of my questions. The property had both an encroachment and an easement which complicated things, but Emily was able to find the paperwork for those things and help clear things up for me and the buyer.
