Do not use these guys. I wrote them a text asking for their help after my dentist fraudulently stole 24,000$ from me and they just told me to call the police. I told them it was alittle more complicated then that and they told Me they weren?t interested in my case without even hearing 1 fact. So I told them if they aren?t going to help me they really should take down their website because it?s a complete load of s@&t. And they told me I sounded like I moron and they are ?glad I got ripped off 24,000.? I was someone in desperate need of help In a time of COVID where we as people have nothing and they wouldn?t give me the time of day. This dentist office Completely took advantage of me telling me that they can do all my procedures in one session the cost upfront was $24,000. Just to wake up after sedation Just to find out that they couldn?t do any of the major stuff all they could do was pull my tooth they had to wait nine months for the bone heal to do the big stuff. I told them I was moving next week so I needed a refund they added so many lies They made my bills somehow $24,000 for pulling a tooth. Stuff like charging me $7500 for 2 hours of sedation Charging me for $10,000 for Invisalign that I never received. These lawyers had the nerve to tell me I deserved to have this done to me and that I was a moron please don?t ever use these guys. They threatened to call the cops on me because I told them I was gunna write diwn a review on Yelp and I don?t care if they do I stand by what I said. Nobody deserves to be treated the way I was with them or stolen from $24,000

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
