Beau Brock Rocks! Looking for an amazing, person-centered, and results-oriented attorney for your legal service needs? Look no further. Mr. Beau Brock is your man! Beau saved my life during my darkest days as I faced possible arrest on a sexual misconduct charge. He was such an awesome comfort to me during the whole process - more like a close friend, than a hired attorney. He and his paralegal Eileen took decisive action in my defense immediately - like a dynamic duo! I learned about Beau through a colleague. When I looked him up on his website, read his professional blub, and saw his kind, smiling face there - well, I knew that “he was the one.” Beau is highly personable, family-oriented and a dedicated Christian. He genuinely cares. We shared our love of the Lord, our families, and mutual interests, which help to distract me from the threats of the allegation. From the start, Beau was very accessible and highly responsive. He shared his cell phone with me - even before we had our first face to face meeting! He always responded to calls and texts promptly and cordially. And I was impressed that he always had a plan of action and let me know what he was thinking each step of the way. Beau has a respected and effective working relationship with law enforcement, and in my case he was able to keep the detective from jumping the gun in making an arrest while the allegation was appropriately investigated for the facts - defending my innocence. And Beau’s fee schedule was very reasonable. I was able to pay a reasonable retainer fee, rather than being charged for this and that, by the hour, by the call, by the letter, etc., as I hear some attorneys do, and this greatly helped me to budget and pay for my legal service expenses. He let me know exactly how much would be needed for each step of the way, in the event that I was arrested and had to go to trial – which never happened due to Beau’s good work, Alleluia! Beau was such a blessing to me. I feel a 5-star rating is just not enough to fully convey his awesomeness! God Bless You Beau! And Eileen too!

Mr. Brock helped me during what seemed like a pending divorce. He was very professional and completed all the necessary paperwork to prepare for the proceeding. I decided to wait on filing, hoping to reconcile with my wife. Mr. Brock recommended marriage counseling and reconciling, if possible. My wife and I did reconcile and I received a reimbursement from my trust account. Mr. Brock looked out for my best interests throughout this time, regardless of whether it meant less work/business for his firm. Mr. Brock is a professional attorney who truly cares about his clients. He will be my first call should I ever need legal services in the future!

Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
