I called the Kimberly Jones law firm for a virtual consultation on August 1, 2022, the consultation was about a PERM (Labor Certification) and the possibility of renewing my F1 student visa (I had already researched and according to what I read on the internet because it was not supposed to be possible but she assured me that it was). On August 3 I sign a contract with them because my papers expire on Nov.18. Sufficient time to complete the documentation and send everything. I NEVER TALKED TO HER AGAIN UNTIL I GET ANGRY AND ASKED THE GUYS WHO ANSWER MY CALLS TO REFUND MY MONEY AND THAT I WOULD PUT A COMPLAINT WITH THE BAR ASSOCIATION. I called and sent emails a lot of times to find out about my case and they only told me that they needed to speak with the lawyer to give me an update on my case. When all my documents have expired and I demand tracking and proof that they deposited it as the lawyer assured me, I RECEIVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They refunded my money but my life went downhill because the only option I was left with was to return to my country or get married. My effort to study with BECA for 4 years and then work in my area and try to do my legal paperwork and my own effort was worthless due to the simple NEGLIGENCE AND IRRESPONSIBILITY OF THIS LAWYER.
