Divorce, child support, visitation... all of this is stressful. My wife and I are both divorced; we both have kids; we both have struggles with our exes. And after searching for lawyers and using a few others, we would never, ever, use anyone other than Steven Prager. He was the ideal combination of kind and tough. At our free consultation, he listened to us from the very start. He got a good sense of our situations. Then, and this was huge for us, he discussed the pros and cons of hiring him (or any other lawyer). He discussed this relative to finances, to relationships with exes, and to overall life. He made it very clear that he was not pushing us for litigation or even to hire him. In fact, on several issues, he recommended that we NOT hire him because it was not in our best financial interest.
