What We Do
Bundy Law offers a full suite of services for individuals involved in family law matters. Our trial and appellate work includes divorce, child custody, and civil justice advocacy for the injured. Our firm also advises and represents grandparents and other relatives in guardianship and adoption proceedings. We offer low-cost, single-fee payment options for uncontested, pre-agreed divorces.
Where We Work
Geographically, our law firm serves Green Country in northeastern Oklahoma and the western part of the Ozarks in northern Arkansas and southwestern Missouri. We have three offices: in Tulsa, Sapulpa, and Bentonville. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in the states where we operate, and we have a comprehensive private library of resources for cases involving nuanced issues such as military divorces, child relocations, business valuations, and jurisdictional questions.
Your Experience With Us
In our quest to provide optimal customer service, we implemented concepts from other service providers. We employ the best available document generation technology to reduce the risk of human error and increase efficiency. We offer communication and updates for clients using SMS messaging to supplement our conventional email and telephone correspondence. We are completely paperless. Our offices reflect our client-friendly approach: each is an inviting, styled, comfortable, and quiet space for our visitors, without the stuffy plaques, bankers' boxes, old furniture, and tchotchkes typically associated with law offices.
What Makes Us Different
The primary differentiator between Bundy Law and our peers is our commitment to trial practice at the highest levels. Annually, each attorney exceeds the minimum required continuing education hours, and their time in professional development is spent in advocacy skills training. Due to our reputation for success in trial and on appeal, we can often structure optimal settlements of contested matters, keeping private sensitive details away from the public eye. When the other side is unreasonable or will not agree, our process for handling cases is designed to make and keep each matter trial-ready.
Get Started
Our ideal first meeting with a potential new client is in person, but we recognize that is not always possible or convenient for many reasons. Much of our work comes to us from other states and countries through our contacts in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Our attorneys are adept at using Zoom and other videoconferencing technology, allowing us to offer consultation availability outside of our standard hours of operation. Individuals interested in our services may use the contact form on our website or email info@bundy.law to start a conversation.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
