I usually do not give reviews but I have to on this firm. In 2019, I was injured at work and was giving this referral to Jody Merkel, I can't even begin to express how lucky I am with this legal team. They have made my world of Workers comp so much easier to deal with, no stress. Having to deal with adjustors, doctors, specialists, rehab/therapy clinics and hospitals, and companies that just try to nickel and dime you and make it seem like you are at fault, this firm has made my life a little easier to deal with my pain and my workplace. I am still receiving medical help and treatment today after 3 1/2 years because of this firm. I would recommend Jody Merkel and the legal team to anyone. They truly care about you!

Being on Worker's Comp has been a crazy experience! HOWEVER, with the help of Penny & Sam holding my hand through this whole experience I have been able to come out on the other side feeling like I had been heard and taken care of! In my opinion, there is NO ONE better than these two women who fought for me every step of the way! Penny took care to explain every phase, every step, every legality we needed to consider. She fought for my care! And Sam, her Paralegal, was always chill and knew exactly how to get me to laugh and relax! Response time to my questions was always timely.
