Ms. Suarez has been a practicing attorney since 1999. She has experience in a variety of transactional matters including: the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties including cooperatives, condominiums, and residential dwellings. Ms. Suarez has repeatedly been voted one of Bergen County’s Top Real Estate Attorneys, as published in (201) Magazine and Best of Bergen Magazine. Ms. Suarez was selected as a 2023 Super Lawyers Honoree. In addition, she has been named a lawyers of Distinction annually since 2020.
Ms. Suarez is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo, School of Law and an alumna of Kean University, where she graduated cum laude. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Ms. Suarez had the honor of being appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the New Jersey District IIB Attorney Ethics Committee, for a four year term from 2007 - 2011.
Ms. Suarez served as Secretary on the Board of Directors to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Northern New Jersey Chapter; is an affiliate member of Greater Bergen Board of Realtors (GBBOR), and an affiliate member the Bergen County Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). Ms. Suarez is fluent in Spanish and she is a proud member and serves the LGBTQ+ Community.
