We had numerous questions about the legal implications and our options for a traffic citation. We spent a week trying to understand the laws by researching and reading every related state statute, only to realize that we were out of our depth. We arranged a phone consultation with Jenna, who was extremely attentive throughout our conversation. Jenna was great.This was the first time we ever needed Counsel for a DUI. First, Jenna spent time explaining the details of the charge and all of our options. Jenna was able to get the charge reduced to a Reckless Driving. In another instance, through Jenna's coaching and work on the defendant's side doing all he could, Jenna was able to accompish NO jail time when going in, it was absolutely clear there would be jail time. Working with Jenna and doing every possible thing to put yourself in a better light is key to accomplishing a positive outcome. Thanks to Jenna for all her coaching and hard work! I am hoping because of the positive outcome of our situation we will not have to have Jenna help us again in this type of situation!!

I highly recommend Jenna Finkelstein. Jenna was detailed, incredibly thorough, fast thinking and explained the process well. She was direct and honest, and reviewed everything with me so I knew what to expect. I used Jenna twice on my son?s very messy dui case from 2020. I had to hire her again in 2023, to clear up all of the charges, from failing to fulfill his probation obligations. Jenna is a smart, empathetic ad VERY caring attorney. was VERY impressed with her. My brother was falsely accused of a heinous crime. Jenna had challenges because though not the monster this would have made him, he was no angel (drugs, minor theft, etc.). She worked to get him out of jail - he had 2 capital sentences! She put in a lot of tie and effort to get him out He has a job, is getting his (retirement age) soc sec and is doing MUCH better! I HIGLY recoomend her - in my line of work, work with a lot attorneys - some are good, some bad and some fantastic - Jenna is FANTASTIC!
