I had worked with Aimee Hess a few years (2018) on an oil matter. When I found that I was again in need of an attorney well acquainted with the oil and gas industry in Texas, I contacted her. I explained what I thought I needed for my situation and she agreed that It would indeed fill my need very well. Ms. Hess then lead me in gathering the necessary supporting documents, etc. needed from me to go forward with achieving my goal. After receiving my paperwork, she was prompt in sending papers I needed to check for accuracy with family names, dates, etc. Then came the completed forms for me to sign and have notarized. I was notified when my forms were completed and had been mailed to a county in Texas to be recorded. Shortly after the recorded docs were returned to Ms. Hess, I received my copy of the completed, recorded document . My correspondence with Ms. Hess was done by email and a couple of telephone calls. Including our postal mailing time from Florida where I live to Texas and from Ms. Hess to the county for recording, back to her and then to me, the entire process took only about 5 weeks. If I should have another reason to engage an oil and gas attorney, Ms. Hess will indeed be my first choice. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant and easy to work with.
