Hired Law firm 2025-2026The Law Office of Brynde Berkowitz, PC was appointed to represent my son, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. Brynde Berkowitz went above and beyond in every sense. She took the time to thoroughly research the case, speak with relevant people, and truly understand the full picture—not just rely on what was presented in court. Her focus was always on what was genuinely best for my child. At first, I’ll admit she came across as very direct and even a bit intimidating. However, I quickly realized that this was because she was completely committed to getting to the truth and not being influenced by pressure, personalities, or the louder and more aggressive attorneys involved. What stood out most was her ability to cut through everything and stay centered on the child’s best interests. While others seemed ready to continue fighting, she pushed toward a resolution and helped guide the case to a custody agreement without the need for a prolonged trial. That made a real difference for my child. She is extremely sharp, thoughtful, and principled. Looking back, I’m very grateful for the work she did and the role she played in putting my child first.

Hired Law firm 2025Working with this lawyer was a terrible experience. We interviewed many lawyers and she was by far the worst. We needed someone who was easy to work with and she complicated the situation with her incompetent lawyering. This lawyer does not communicate and she bills for work not performed. Brynde Berkowitz does not value ethics or honesty. Overall she is completely incompetent and unethical.

Hired Law firm 2024-2025Terrible Lawyer. Brynde Berkowitz was hired to handle a matter and she handled it with complete and utter incompetence. She is poorly viewed in the legal community and has a sketchy practice.
