Based in Jacksonville, Florida, we proudly offer our criminal defense services throughout the state. Monroe Law Firm was established to provide its clients with quality legal representation and personalized attention. We cater to your defense needs pertaining to criminal charges of DUI, federal white collar crime, drug trafficking, burglary, assault and battery, and other felony and misdemeanor charges.
Scott D. Monroe founded the firm then named Scott Monroe Law, P.A., in 2016. Almost seven years down the lane, we have only grown in reputation, securing ‘not guilty’ verdicts for several of our clients for a wide variety of charges of various degrees. Compassionate about each of our clients, we extend unwavering support to individuals facing a spectrum of charges.

After graduating from Auburn University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in pre-law and economics, Mr. Monroe secured his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010. He is an active member of esteemed legal organizations, including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Jacksonville Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
