We also provide certified family law mediation services in Monroe and throughout the neighboring cities of North Carolina. Our law firm was established by Bobby Khan and Allison Khan in 1998. Lawyer Bobby Khan has been practicing law for nearly 20 years and holds the "Superb" rating from Avvo. In 2015, he was listed among the Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He concentrates the majority of his practice on criminal defense, although he also has significant family law experience. He is currently the guardian ad litem attorney advocate for children in Stanly County and served as the Child Support Enforcement prosecutor for Union County for over ten years.

Attorney Allison Khan is a certified mediator with close to two decades of experience in a wide array of family law matters. She is rated "Excellent" by Avvo, and received the Avvo Client's Choice Award. Both Bobby and Allison are former presidents of the Union County Bar Association.
