Mr. Quintero-O’Neill has a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico (magna cum laude), and a Juris Doctor from the School of Law of the same university (magna cum laude). After completing his Juris Doctor, he worked as a Law Clerk in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance of San Juan and, from 2013 to 2015, in the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Before joining the firm, he also worked in a civil litigation firm, where Mr. Quintero-O’Neill represented employers from the private and public sectors.
