When I was wrongly summoned to court for a refusal of a chemical test (I passed the field sobriety tests, assessed a fine, and let go), I suddenly panicked. Was I going to lose my license? The morning of the court date we met at 9 AM. By 9:03 she had the most serious charges dropped! I retained only the handheld device violation with minor court costs. No loss of license, no blemishes on my record at all! Stefani really came through! Beyond being very competent, she is a joy to talk to.
