Overview

Attorney Paul d’Oliveira has been practicing personal injury and disability law now for OVER 33 YEARS. He started his personal injury law practice in 1989 with two offices in Fall River, MA and East Providence, RI. Today his firm has 16 offices in RI and Southeastern, MA.

Paul's motto has always been work hard and take care of the client's needs. If your looking for a law firm who will always be by your side throughout the legal process, then we are the firm for you. We provide personal service for each and every client that comes to our firm.

Paul graduated from LaSalle Academy in Providence, RI in 1975 with honors. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Creighton University in 1979. He got his J.D. or law degree from Suffolk University in 1984.

Attorney d’Oliveira is admitted to practice law in both RI and MA. He attends several legal seminars every year to learn and apply new innovative ways to practice personal injury and social security disability law as well as learning about dangerous drugs and defective products. He is always looking for new ways to better service the clients in his firm as getting clients a fair settlement of their loss quickly so they can move on with their lives is important as is ongoing quality client service.

His professional associations include the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Rhode Island Association of Justice. He is the President of the Trial Lawyers Marketing Roundtable and is an active member of the Masters Marketing Group as well as part of the National Trial Lawyers Association.
