Bartley Michael McNally - Providence, RI

A true blue Rhode Island local, Associate Attorney Bart McNally from Portsmouth joined the Marasco & Nesselbush team in 2018. After having spent over a decade and a half working as a commercial diver, McNally turned his attention to practicing law and was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar after graduating from Northeastern Law School in 1995. He has been representing clients for disability claims ever since.

Bart feels that the many years he spent working in the marine trades performing a physically demanding job have given him a special understanding of the experiences and needs of the clients he now represents for SSI and SSDI cases.

Attorney McNally graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 1992 and earned his law degree from Northeastern University in 1995. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors for both CODAC and Newport County Community Mental Health Center.

Bart came to Marasco & Nesselbush after years of hearing from other attorneys about their professionalism and how well the firm treats their valued clients.

In his spare time, he enjoys working as a craftsman improving houses. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and friends and recreational SCUBA diving for lobsters.
