He is a graduate of Classical High School, University of Rhode Island and New England School of Law. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association for over 40 years. He is a member of the American Bar Association, R.I. Trial Lawyers Association, Justinian Law Society, as well as many other community organizations. He currently is on the Judicial Nominating Commission, and was Chairman of the R.I. Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel for lawyers. Mr. Lepore formerly served on the R.I. Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline of Judges.
