Nicklyn G. Dolphin - Providence, RI

Nicklyn Dolphin is an attorney at Marasco & Nesselbush, representing Social Security Disability claimants. Her desire to help those in need steered her towards disability law, where she has excelled from the very start of her legal career.

Nicklyn believes that Marasco & Nesselbush’s unique ability to be a large firm, yet prioritize personal connections to its clients, is a big differentiator from other firms. The balance of giving clients additional time and patience is not always easy, but she appreciates the efforts the firm makes on a daily basis to ensure that clients always come first.

Nicklyn’s previous work experience with an indigent population resulted in experiences that made her cognizant of the difficulties facing individuals with limited means and the impact it can have on all aspects of an individual’s life. Her experience as the executive assistant for the chief of medicine and chief of nursing at Harvard University gave her a keen appreciation for the complications of our healthcare system and provided her with a crash course in medical jargon. Nicklyn’s empathy for those in need made law school the next clear path for her.

Nicklyn graduated with honors from Franklin & Marshall College in 2004 and New England School of Law in 2011, where she finished in the top ten percent of her class and was an editor at the New England Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
