Pamela Chin has been a trial attorney for over 25 years. She focuses her practice on criminal defense in both the State of Rhode Island and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Pam has called Lynch and Pine, Attorneys at Law, her home for the last ten years. She has handled every sort of offense from petty misdemeanors to capital offenses.

Prior to returning to private practice, Pam served the people of Rhode Island prosecuting a variety of crimes for the Department of Attorney General for over a decade. She was a leader in that office heading up the District Court Unit, the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit and the Washington County Office. She litigated major crimes and high profile offenses for the State of Rhode Island. Simply put, she has a tremendous amount of experience handing State criminal matters. Pam also worked with the Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Rhode Island for several years. At that time, her caseload focused on dismantling narcotics trafficking organizations and halting human trafficking operations. She experience in that office serves her well as she represents individuals charged with a wide range of federal offenses.

As an experienced and professional attorney, Pam represents her clients efficiently and effectively.
