Overview
Prior to joining and becoming a partner in the firm in January, 2008, Bob had been a sole practitioner since 1980 and was associated for sixteen (16) years with the firm of Breslin, Sweeney & Earle in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Bob's practice is concentrated in the area of matrimonial law and related issues addressing child custody; spousal and child support; marital settlement agreements; common law marriage; parental relocation; and premarital and postmarital agreements. In addition, Bob has been a solicitor for the City of Warwick since 2004, where he is responsible for the prosecution of misdemeanor criminal matters such as domestic violence and driving under the influence, as well as municipal law issues that arise in the city.
When away from the office Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and had been involved for many years in youth basketball in Rhode Island. Bob continues to improve his tennis and culinary skills, and professes to make the best martini in New England.
