Mr. DiGianfilippo received his B.S. degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Providence College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University. He served as Law Clerk to Justice Victoria Lederberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, was a member of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, and has published several articles. Mr. DiGianfilippo has also addressed various professional groups in matters concerning his areas of practice, including fellow members of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Mr. DiGianfilippo is a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. He also is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mr. DiGianfilippo has been practicing law since 1992. In addition, he has worked in the accounting profession. He represents a wide-range of clients, including business executives, business owners, elderly persons, disabled persons, and physicians. Over the years, he has helped his clients avoid unnecessary tax losses, avoid having their estates pass through Probate Court upon death or incapacity, navigate through the trust and estate administration process, and pass their businesses and other wealth on to their beneficiaries in the most cost-efficient manner possible. Mr. DiGianfilippo also has helped his clients plan for long-term care in a nursing home, qualify for governmental nursing home and other benefits, and preserve and protect assets from nursing home costs and other liability claims.
