Overview

The law firm of Strauss, Factor, Laing & Lyons in Providence, Rhode Island, was founded more than 60 years ago as a general practice firm. Over time, we have adapted and narrowed our practice. Our attorneys now focus almost exclusively on business litigation, personal injury defense, products liability defense, creditor's rights and subrogation. We also represent clients in civil rights cases, including due process and freedom of speech cases.
