Lauren represents businesses at all stages of development—from emerging companies to established and family-owned enterprises—serving as both outside general counsel and transaction counsel on strategic matters.

Lauren has extensive experience advising clients in connection with the purchase and sale of businesses across a variety of industries, including transactions ranging from asset sales of closely held companies to mergers and acquisitions involving large, highly regulated entities. Her practice also includes representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. Lauren frequently represents healthcare professionals, including dentists and veterinarians, in connection with the purchase and sale of professional practices. She also advises project developers on the development and financing of renewable energy projects, including solar and wind energy facilities.

In addition, Lauren advises business owners on succession planning and ownership transitions, particularly in the context of family-owned businesses and businesses with key employees.
