Austin D. Griffin is originally from Atlanta, GA. He double-majored at the University of Georgia in both Political Science and Environmental Economics & Management. While at UGA, Austin was active in Alpha Gamma Rho as Sustainability Chair, and was President of Club Swimming at UGA, while also a member of the UGA Club Sports Executive Board.
After receiving his undergraduate degrees, Austin moved to Charleston, South Carolina, to pursue his Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law. While at CSOL, he was a member of Business Law Society, Survivor Advocacy Society, Maritime Law Society, and the Paleontological Law Coalition. While in law school, Austin worked for a Plaintiff’s firm which focused on Personal Injury and Criminal Defense and volunteered at a local immigration firm.
