Overview
M. O'Bryan Martin was born and raised in Horry County, South Carolina. After graduating from Carolina Forest High School in 2006, he attended the University of South Carolina receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice in 2010. After graduation O'Bryan moved to Washington, D.C. where he served as a Legislative Aide to House Majority Whip working on a number of legislative and constituent matters during his time there. After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2014 O'Bryan went on Clerk for the Honorable Circuit Court Judge Michael G. Nettles, before joining the 15th Circuit Solicitor's Office under Solicitor Jimmy Richardson. O'Bryan worked as an Assistant Solicitor for the next seven years prior to joining the Law Offices of L. Morgan Martin, handling primarily property and violent crime offenses; trying numerous cases to successful jury verdicts during that time.
