Brian S. Yost - Florence, SC

Attorney, Brian S. Yost joined Jebaily Law Firm in August 2013 and became partner in January of 2020. The workers compensation lawyer and personal injury lawyer graduated from Marion High School, and has a degree in History from Coastal Carolina University.

The attorney at law earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina, and was the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas A. Russo of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.

Brian is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice Board of Governors, the Injured Workers Advocates of South Carolina, the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

He practices in the areas of Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation.

Brian’s roots run deep in the region. He graduated from high school in Marion and earned his undergraduate degree from Coastal Carolina University in Conway. After going to Columbia to study law at the University of South Carolina, Brian heard the call to return to familiar grounds to practice law.

“It was an easy decision for me to come home to the Pee Dee to stand up for the legal rights of my neighbors in Florence, Conway, Marion, and the Myrtle Beach area,” he said. “I knew I wanted to use my professional skills to help the people I knew so well deal with the major legal issues that affect their lives.”

Brian respects how important his clients’ cases are to them and the concern they have for the future. “My clients’ legal matters are just as much my main concern as theirs. I know that whatever issues they are facing are the top focus in their life at the moment. My goal is to seek the best possible outcome for them so they can move on with life and put this chapter behind them,” he said.

His deep involvement in numerous professional organizations keeps Brian on top of the latest legal developments. He uses this information and his professional connections to benefit his clients with cases ranging from workplace injuries, to car accident injuries, to DUI defense and more.
