Rangeley C. Bailey - Florence, SC

Rangeley Bailey Chewning was born in Dillon, South Carolina. She graduated from South Florence High School in 1994 and received her B.A. degree from Columbia College in 1998. While at Columbia College, Rangeley was very active in campus organizations and served as President of the Student Body.

She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of law in 2001. In law school Rangeley was a Peer Mentor for entering students, a member of the Student Bar Association, Phi Delta Phi, and served as a Products Liability Research Assistant for Professor David G. Owen.

Upon graduation from law school, Rangeley was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John M. Milling, Circuit Court Judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit.

She is a member of the Florence County, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations, Business and Litigation sections, and of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association.

Rangeley is a member of the Junior League of Florence, a student in Leadership Florence, and actively works with the Parent-Child Home Program of Florence.
