Overview
Disability attorney Kevin Klein is admitted to practice in all Social Security Administrative Courts and the United States District Court (District of South Carolina). Kevin has obtained favorable verdicts for his Social Security Disability clients at all levels of administrative review and also obtained favorable verdicts in Federal District Court. Kevin previously focused his law practice on work-related injuries, but began concentrating his efforts on Social Security Disability law after joining Don Pilzer, PC in 2009.
Kevin’s practice is now primarily focused on helping disabled individuals obtain Social Security Disability benefits, but he also continues to help injured workers obtain Workers' Compensation benefits throughout South Carolina.
Kevin takes pride in both his work and his involvement with the Greenville community. Kevin is a member of the Greenville County Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association of Justice, and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).
Kevin is also a member of Furman University’s Young Alumni Council, serves on the alumni board for the Iota Nu Chapter of Sigma Chi, and is a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
