Attorney Information
Overview
Elliotte Quinn focuses his practice on complex litigation involving serious injuries and highly technical issues. His cases often include defective products, roadway design failures, insurance disputes, construction defects, and negligent security. Known for handling matters with multiple parties or challenging legal and technical components, Elliotte is frequently trusted with cases that require deeper analysis and strategic precision.
Early in his career, Elliotte represented large builders and corporations in construction defect litigation. That experience gave him insight into how claims are defended—knowledge he now uses to advocate for injured individuals and property owners. He approaches each case with a detail-driven mindset, carefully reviewing industry standards, engineering principles, medical records, and corporate documentation to uncover critical facts.
Elliotte regularly works alongside engineers, safety experts, and other specialists to evaluate claims involving defective machines and products. He also collaborates with workers’ compensation attorneys to pursue third-party claims, often helping clients recover compensation beyond what is available through workers’ compensation alone.
His practice also includes cases involving unsafe property conditions, negligent security, and roadway design issues. In each matter, Elliotte works to identify whether hazards could have been prevented and whether responsible parties failed to take reasonable steps to ensure safety.
In addition to trial-level work, Elliotte has extensive experience in appellate litigation. He has handled appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the South Carolina Court of Appeals. His background includes clerking for both a federal district court judge and a Justice on the South Carolina Supreme Court, as well as serving on the Emory Law Journal.
A Charleston native, Elliotte graduated with honors from the College of Charleston and earned his law degree with high honors from Emory University School of Law. He is active in the legal community, serving in leadership roles and maintaining involvement in professional organizations.
Outside of his practice, Elliotte enjoys time with his wife and daughters and remains engaged in community events throughout the Charleston area.
