Nichole Bailey - Rock Hill, SC

Attorney Nichole Bailey was born and raised in Princeton, West Virginia. Nichole has a background in criminal justice and sociology, as she has held a passion for standing up for others and making sure their voices are heard.

After graduating from Concord University, Nichole earned her Juris Doctor at Appalachian School of Law in 2024. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and South Carolina and is currently awaiting her acceptance into the North Carolina Bar. Prior to joining Stewart Law Offices, Nichole worked as defense counsel in Bluefield, West Virginia, where she handled various personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims. Having spent time working with both plaintiff and defense firms, she has a unique insight and perspective into the methods and strategies that affect a case.

She understands that an injury can turn a person’s life upside down- physically, emotionally, and financially. She takes a hands-on approach to every case, guiding clients through the legal process with compassion, clear communication, and determination. Her goal is not only to achieve successful outcomes but also to provide clients with peace of mind knowing they have a strong advocate on their side.

Outside the office, Nichole enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her dog Toby, playing pickleball, and cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers.
