Overview
Ben Cahill began practicing law in August of 2015. He worked as an associate tax attorney at Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso, PLLC handling the majority the firm’s federal and state income tax controversies. In addition, he assisted clients in forming various types of legal entities for closely held business and estate planning purposes. In 2020, he opened his own practice, the Cahill Law Firm, LLC, handling similar cases, but also expanding to include real estate and personal injury. In 2024, the Cahill Law Firm successfully merged with Curtis & Croft to become the existing firm it is today.
He is licensed to appear in the United States Tax Court. He currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina with his wife, Cindy, and four children.
