Overview

Adam has represented a wide range of clients in state and federal courts of Tennessee and Georgia and has extensive trial and appellate court experience, having brought hundreds of cases to resolution over the past decade. Although he practices principally in the courts of Hamilton County and surrounding judicial districts, he has an extensive appellate practice, having presented multiple cases to the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the U.S. Sixth Circuit, as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

He has represented and assisted individuals with the pains and disruptions of divorce and child custody disputes; small business owners in contract and business disputes; real estate quiet title actions, boundary line disputes and easement and access disputes; corporate dissolutions, employment matters, probate disputes. Adam has also litigated personal injury cases, civil rights matters, and criminal cases. He is also a Rule 31 mediator.

Adam is a trial lawyer with a passion for his clients.

Adam is a Chattanooga native and currently lives on Signal Mountain with his wife Genimar and their two children. They are members of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church. His hobbies include automobiles and auto mechanics, as well as hiking and biking.
