He also represents clients in various zoning and land use matters and regularly appears before the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission, the Clarksville City Council, and the Montgomery County Commission. Mr. Ross has successfully argued in Tennessee’s appellate courts and was lead counsel on a case that resulted in the Tennessee Supreme Court’s recognition of regulatory takings as a compensable claim under the Tennessee Constitution.
Mr. Ross is active in the local community. He has served as a director for the Kiwanis Club of Clarksville and the Two Rivers Company. He has served as a director and president of the Montgomery County Bar Association and as a member of the Tennessee Bar Association House of Delegates.
