Attorney Information
Overview
With over two decades of experience in the practice of law, I represent those with legal issues involving construction, real estate, contested trusts and wills, business disputes, conservatorships, contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners associations, motor vehicle accidents, and serious personal injuries. At the law office of G. Keith Alley P.C., I help my clients identify their legal issues, set clear goals and create comprehensive plans to achieve favorable, successful outcomes.
People and their relationships are important to me and help to shape the backbone of my practice. When you call me, I answer or return your call. When you email me, I respond to your message. I believe that effective legal representation starts with effective communication. Legal problems can seem complex and overwhelming, but I provide practical advice and strategies to help you evaluate and pursue solutions that work for the facts of your particular case.
I am admitted to practice by the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee, and the state courts of Tennessee. While licensed to practice in any county in Tennessee, most of my clients' matters involve issues in the counties of Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, McMinn, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, Union, and Washington. I have a Preeminent AV® Rating for ethical standards and legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell's rating system and I have an overall Peer Rating of a 4.9/5.0 in the areas of litigation, personal injury and construction law as recorded by Martindale-Hubbell. I have a Superb 10/10 Rating in the AVVO, Inc. rating system.
I actively serve as the Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Farragut, as the Chair of the Town of Farragut's Board of Zoning Appeals, as a Hearing Committee Panel Member for the Tennessee Supreme Court's Board of Professional Responsibility, as an office for the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of East Tennessee, and as a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. I am the past President of the Loudon County Bar Association and a current member of the Anderson County, Blount County, Knoxville, Loudon County, Sevier County and Tennessee Bar Associations.
I realize that budgeting for legal matters can be difficult and that the need for representation can be immediate. My office can accept most major credit cards to pay for fees and fund retainers.
