Jacob is a native of Knoxville and received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting from The University of Tennessee in 2018. He received his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2021. At the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Jacob was two-time Willard H. Pedrick Scholar, an Associate Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal, and a Board Member of the Arizona State University Hearing Board. He received the CALI Excellence awards in Securities Regulation and Working with Accounting Expert Witnesses.

Jacob is admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee and Knoxville Bar Associations.
