Robert Widerkehr - Knoxville, TN

I was admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee in 1988. I obtained my BS degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Va. Tech) in June of 1985. I then received my Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in June 1988. While attending law school, I was a member of the Robert F. Wagner National Labor Law Moot Court team and a Moot Court Member.

I have extensive trial experience and am licensed to practice in all state courts in Tennessee and I am also admitted to the Middle and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court for the State of Tennessee. While I previously represented insurance companies and their policyholders for approximately twenty-five years, my practice for the past ten years has been limited to representing individuals injured through the negligence of others. I was also certified as a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in the field of General Civil Mediation in October 2008.
