Overview

A 25 year United States Navy Veteran retiring as Captain, Jim White served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 22nd Judicial District for 37 years, prosecuting thousands of cases during his tenure prior to joining bhd’s criminal defense team. Jim is a member of the Kiwanis Club, VFW, American Legion, Shriners, Order of the Eastern Star, Board of Directors of the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts, Tennessee and Lawrence County Bar Association, First United Methodist Church and chief hamburger cook of the LCHS baseball team. He was also treasurer for Lawrenceburg Babe Ruth's committee that organized and led three successful World Series in Lawrenceburg. Jim graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1974 and directs bhd’s criminal defense practice, of counsel.
