Wayne Hairrell began his legal career with NASA's chief counsel office in 1967, but soon learned he preferred helping people on a daily basis to rocket science and returned to Lawrence County in 1979 to practice with Locke, Holtsford, & Hairrell. Wayne served in the United States Navy and is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee College of Law.
