Overview
Jack D. Lowery received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1993. In 1998 Mr. Lowery received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law. Upon his graduation he entered the practice of law with his father in Lebanon, Tennessee.
Mr. Lowery has developed a strong base of knowledge from his wide range of experience in the business community. Mr. Lowery has held the position of President with two healthcare related businesses. At each company, he was able to position the companies to become attractive acquisitions for publicly traded suitors. The experience received from the negotiation and sale of these companies has proved beneficial to the clients of Lowery & Lowery.
Since entering the practice of law, Mr. Lowery has continued his commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients. Focusing on litigation and trial work, Mr. Lowery has had exposure to many areas of practice. Mr. Lowery is experienced in the representation of clients charged in complex criminal matters at both the state and federal levels. He has defended clients against allegations of white collar crimes, large drug conspiracies, and offenses of interrupting interstate commerce. Mr. lowery uses much the same approach to defend clients against any allegations of a criminal nature.
Mr. Lowery also fills the role as a civil litigator at Lowery & Lowery. Using many of the trial skills learned in defense of the criminally accused, he has brought civil justice for clients of the Firm. His experience ranges in matters from personal injury, auto accidents, products liability, wrongful death, emotional distress claims and complex civil litigation. Additionally, Mr. Lowery has experience in representing multiple plaintiffs suffering injuries from the same events.
Business clients will also find competent representation in Mr. Lowery. As a board member of a financial institution and construction firm as well as being an active participant in the family construction business, LoJac Enterprises, Inc., Mr. Lowery understand the concerns of business clients. Experienced in contractual disputes and other business concerns that are not covered by insurance, Mr. Lowery focuses on a quick resolution that will benefit the client and keep legal expenses to a minimum.
Mr. Lowery concentrates on zealous representation of his clients while being mindful of the final outcome, cost and anonymity.
