    Hired Law firm 2019
I was not aware that there had been a partnership between Mr Meadows and Mr Daniel's. That's explains why when Mr Meadows was hired to defend me against Mr Daniel's and a pathological liar, Mr Meadows refused to look at my evidence and essentially refused to defend me as the only information he ever obtained on me was from Mr Daniel's client. Under extreme fear for my freedom I plead guilty to a charge with out ever seeing the evidence against me, not allowed to answer one accusation in front of the court, or present my evidence as to why the actions should not be taken against me. He let a judge illegally surpress my freedom to express on a platform that has far more stringent community rules than those of any state. I had to fire Mr Meadows and was later eviscerated by Mr Daniel's and Judge Colson when I tried to get my constitutional right to Due process for not bringing my evidence forward earlier. The evidence that Meadows wouldnt look at or submit on my behalf. Mr Daniel's declaredcthat one can not be cheated on by someone they love and agreed to havea monogamous relationship with. So if you date someone and 3 years into it they cheat on you and it changes your life forever, that's not cheating. I think if your a karate instructor there might be an exception. If you have to hire either one, know that you mean nothing more than a paycheck to them. They call their building they practice in Justice Center. That's an inside joke.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
