Overview
Erin T. Sangster, Esq., is a graduate of Lenoir City High School with close ties to the East Tennessee community. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Japanese language attending both the University of Tennessee and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Upon finishing her degree, she spent five years in Japan where she worked for the prefecture of Kumamoto as a curriculum consultant and translator. That experience strengthened her dedication to thoughtful communication and client-focused service.
Erin first joined Plemmons Law Group in 2021 as a legal research assistant while attending the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law. After earning her J.D. with honors in 2024, she transitioned into her current role as a full-time attorney with the firm.
Erin focuses her practice on comprehensive estate planning and administration for individuals and families, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and guidance through the probate and Trust administration process. She is committed to continuing Plemmons Law Group ’s tradition of providing a warm, small-town, face-to-face experience while upholding the highest standards of professionalism in every matter she handles.
