Hired Attorney 2021I had a fantastic experience with Lester Wener as his son Michael took care of my SSDI claim. I was initially denied my initial SSDI Claim. I hired Lester Wener and Michael submitted my appeal. Michael caught the fact that Social Security did not include my Physical Assessment I had faxed to SSA even though I received confirmation of their receipt. Michael was able to include the Physical Assessment form before I was given a hearing date. My SSDI case was approved just 25 days in to the appeal process. It was Michael's attention to detail that caught the omission of my 4734-BK SSA form. I am convinced that, had Michael not caught the error, I would have been in for a long wait.
