She received her Tennessee license to practice law in 1982, and she is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits.
