Attorney Information

Overview

Christopher Eads has been a licensed attorney since 2015. Chris is a life-long Tennesseean and grew up in Bluff City, Tennessee. After graduating highschool at Sullivan East, Chris accepted a football scholarship to Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and moved back to East Tennessee with the thought of finding a career job and climbing the ladder until a few friends suggested he apply to law school.
Chris graduated in the top 10 of his law school class and upon graduation, he started working as an insurance defense attorney in Brentwood, Tennessee. Chris was recognized by Best Lawyers in American as, "One to Watch" in 2020 for his work in the Insurance Practice Group area. He continued his defense work at two downtown Nashville firms until he decided to open his own law firm and use his law license to help people instead of helping the insurance companies. Now, Chris uses his knowledge of working with adjusters and learning what insurance companies will pay for to assist those injured in Wilson County and Middle Tennessee.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys fishing and playing golf. He lives in Mount Juliet with his wife, Rosalia, who is an insurance defense and employment attorney in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Law Offices of Christopher Eads, PLLC was formed in order to help people in times of their greatest need. Based on experience, Chris is able to help with Criminal, Employment, Family and all types of Personal Injury matters.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
